Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges:

1. Call 0861 642 246 between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday through Friday, to make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return.

2. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid and must arrive in brand new condition and in the original cartons/packaging.

3. Items not in the original packaging will have a handling charge.

4. Returns / Refunds / Exchanges must be within 7 Days of receipt of equipment. 

5. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. This restocking fee is applicable in circumstances where goods have been installed and dismantled (and may show physical signs of this), returned without being placed in their original packaging or if found, that certain components/manuals are missing from the product upon a returns inspection.

6. Refunds may only be obtained on completed returns or for the difference in exchanges.

7. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

8. No refunds or exchanges on spare parts ordered.

9. The following information is required for refunds / exchanges: 1)Full Name & Contact Telephone Number 2) Company Name (if applicable) 3) Email address 4) Physical Address 5) Invoice
Number 6) Reason for refund / exchange.
