The performance monitor tracks key training metrics including time, distance, strokes per minute, calories, watts, 500m pace and total strokes, while additional display functions include average pace, maximum heart rate, force curve, maximum wattage and watt charts. Pre-programmed workouts include Quick Start, Competition Racing, Interval/Tabata, Target Time, Target Distance, Target Calories, Target Strokes and Target Heart Rate.
