Primiz Plyo Box - 50/60/75cm

By training with a plyo box you can work on your conditioning, strength and explosiveness in a fun and challenging way. There are many different exercises possible, such as squat jumps, power skips, lateral jumps or elevated push-ups. This Primiz Plyo box is made of wood and has a soft outer layer. That’s convenient as it will help prevent bruises or scrapes if you accidentally hit the edges or corners of the box. Each side has a different length and the box can be set on three different heights.
