Primiz High-Density 3-Way EVA and PVC Coated Plyo Box

By training with a plyo box you can work on your conditioning, strength and explosiveness in a fun and challenging way. There are many different exercises possible, such as squat jumps, power skips, lateral jumps or elevated push-ups. This Primiz Plyo box is made of wood and has a soft outer layer. That’s convenient as it will help prevent bruises or scrapes if you accidentally hit the edges or corners of the box.
