What is an adductor machine?

An adductor machine, sometimes called an inner thigh machine, is designed to train the muscles responsible for bringing the legs toward the body's midline. The primary muscles involved are the hip adductors, including the adductor magnus, adductor longus, adductor brevis and gracilis. These muscles contribute to hip control and lower-body movement.


What is an abductor machine?

An abductor machine, also known as an outer thigh or hip abductor machine, trains the muscles responsible for moving the legs away from the body's midline. The movement primarily involves the hip abductors, including the gluteus medius and gluteus minimus, along with other muscles that contribute to hip stability.

Sealed pillow-block bearing system

The machine uses sealed pillow-block ball bearing assemblies at the moving joints to help provide a smooth, consistent movement during training. Sealed bearings can also help protect the internal bearing components from dust and debris, making them well suited to demanding gym environments.
