Whether you’re into endurance, stamina, or HIIT training, the Xebex Air Bike 1000 can be tailored to your workout preferences and will provide real-time tracking of your progress (time, calories burned, heart rate, and distance). It also measures, tracks, and functions exactly like the original Xebex Air Bike. Pick your onboard programs or craft your own routines based on calories, distance, time, or heart rate, and experience an invigorating workout. The large console display gives users an easy way to measure performance and track progress. On one screen, you can see 7 different key measurements: Calories Burned, Heart Rate, Watts, Speed, Total Distance, Time, Work/Rest Periods. Everything you need in one, easy-to-read console with the ability to set up Interval Training, Target Training, Heart-Rate Training, and more. Compatible with 5khz chest belts.
