Product Description
With a heavy-duty 80mm oval tube frame, the FID Bench is a strong multipurpose adjustable bench ideal for dumbbell or barbell workouts. Adjustable foam leg rollers are great for added support while performing decline exercises. Multi-position backrest and bottom seat allow for shoulder workouts right through to the decline bench press.

- Designed to withstand the most challenging workouts, features a heavy gauge steel frame, finished with an eco-friendly commercial grade powder coating, backed by a lifetime frame warranty.
FULLY ADJUSTABLE
- This easy-to-adjust, compact and versatile bench offers 6 different levels of incline/flat/decline on the backrest and 3 levels on the seat pad, making it easy to find the correct sitting or lying position for any exercise. Multi-position backrest and bottom seat allows for shoulder workouts right through to decline bench press.
LEG ROLLER ATTACHMENT
- The added foam leg rollers are great for adding extra exercises such as Abdominal workouts and also offers support while performing decline exercises.
