Close handles
- These are great for emphasis on the back and bicep muscle groups. While still
heavily involving your lats, core and upper back.
Narrow handles
- This favours the Rhomboid (upper back muscles), while the Bicep, forearm and Latissimus Dorsi are also involved.
Medium Handles
- This favours the Latissimus Dorsi and Rhomboid (Upper back), while the Bicep
and forearm are also involved.
Wide Handles
- This favours the Latissimus Dorsi, further isolating the contraction compared to standard pulldown attachments.
