Product Description
The Pro-Grip Dual Purpose Bar is ideal for doing triceps press downs. Perfect for doing seated rows and low pulls. Extra-wide grip spacing provides an extremely comfortable workout.
V-Shaped Grip
- The ergonomic V-shape design of this rowing handle ensures a completed range of motion during biceps and triceps exercises with freedom of movement. Ideal for a full stretch on the lats and for performing overhead pull-downs.
Maximum Strength
- This double handle is constructed with top-quality steel with a chrome finish to prevent the grip from corrosion for long-lasting performance. This handle has strong welds for high durability and thus provides optimum strength during intense workouts.
Double D-Handles
- This double D handle facilitates the back and shoulder development as it functions as a close grip attachment. The handles are knurled and it is wrapped with Rubber to ensure comfort and anti-slip grip while doing the workouts.
Handle Hook
- Our Liveup stirrup double handle has a hanging hole, that can be rotated 360 degrees. This complete angle rotation provides a full range of motion and that allows the user to freely move and pull the handle in any direction.
