“At school my nickname was “sticks” and as a result I developed various complexes.
In 1965, at the age of 12, I walked into a local cafe and paged through my first body building magazine.
This eventually led to my obsession to gain weight and reshape my body forever!
In 1971 I won my first Provincial Body Building Competition and went on to win the South Africa Body Building Championships twice (drug tested).
I ran my own health club and have spent most of my life designing exercise programs to help people reshape their bodies as well as reconstructing their eating habits.
With over 30 years experience in the Health & Fitness Industry, my dream has become reality and my passion to help people take control of their Health & Fitness continues.”
